Sauté, our fish restaurant is the latest addition to Hotel Miramalfi.
It offers the ideal location for a casual lunch
with the most beautiful view of Amalfi and the Mediterranean.

Under the shadow of a wisteria pergola,
the tables tiled with Maiolica from Vietri,
you can enjoy our traditional fresh cuisine.

Its name comes from a traditional Neapolitan dish
- Saute’ di cozze e vongole – (clams and mussels).
It is easily accessible,  from the Beach Club and the pool, by lift or stairs.
